 Why is TIK TOK ban after losing their ranking points?


On the 25th of December 2014 the IFComm Unilever commissioned us to write and analyse the brands that consumers trust and those that don't. We found that 62% of people trust M&S and 47% trust Unilever; however when it comes to the top brands, Unilever top the list. This is the first time that consumers consider Unilever as more trustworthy than M&S.


The brand ranking of 'Trustworthy Brand' conducted by Harris Interactive revealed that Unilever once again comes top. Both M&S and Unilever scored highly in consumer criteria such as personal satisfaction, reliability and product quality. Unilever score 50% higher than M&S on product quality, which demonstrates how trustworthiness of Unilever has grown substantially.
